Interior Supervision

Full Time.
No. 25, X1 Area, 56 Lane, Le Quang Dao Street, Phu Do Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

Responsibilities

Supervision of construction, interior finishing, M&E interior works.
Surveying, preparing construction ground, setting up construction methods, construction progress of the work and agreeing with the team and subcontractors.
Supervise the inspection or urge examination of technical issues, quality, progress of labor safety, environmental sanitation and fire and explosion prevention of the project.
Deploying construction, managing teams, construction techniques, using norms of materials, drawing construction drawings.
Checking the construction quality, ensuring the design is compliant with the bidding documents, checking each part of work and work items, signing for certification of volumes and dossiers of settlement of contractors.
Checking drawings, detecting and proposing solutions if it is unreasonable during construction or between the scene and drawings.
Proposing to repair, change drawings, materials to suit the reality.
Store and deliver drawings documents, participate in meetings with partners, contractors, teams.
Management, guidance and supervision of contractors ensure the quality and progress of the project.
Knowledge of interior finishing, floors, walls, ceilings (ceilings, drywall, masonry, stone tiles, water paint).
Having preliminary knowledge about the industry of board industry.
Directly solve the incident in the field. Report and seek timely direction of the Management Board in case of arising out of personal ability and authority to make decisions.
Coordinate with the design and maintenance departments during project implementation and operation.
Preparing quality management records, construction completion records, construction settlement documents.
Ability to work under high pressure, teamwork, overtime or business tripsc.
Perform other duties assigned as assigned.
Dedication to the job, the desire to work long term.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduated University/College majoring in civil engineering/architecture/electrical engineering/industry or related subjects..
Minimum of 02 years of experience in supervision of construction of infrastructure/raw parts/interior finishing/M&E of interior, office, store chains, hotels, restaurants, resorts…
Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…).
Job management skills, presentation skills, working independently and in groups.
Being able to communicate in English is an advantage.
Good thinking, hard to learn.
Capture the standards of construction, interior construction supervision.
Be responsible and able to work under pressure.
Honest and focused at work.
