Interior Estimation

Full Time.
No. 25, X1 Area, 56 Lane, Le Quang Dao Street, Phu Do Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

Responsibilities

Checking drawings documents, dissecting volume, accurately quote the interior works of houses, offices, chains of stores, hotels, restaurants, resorts…
Track and update the volume of works in the design, construction and make cost estimates.
Acceptance of the volume during construction.
Perform bar – settlement works.
Participate in bidding documents.
Search subcontractors, work with subcontractors on unit price and construction volume.
Search suppliers, negotiate prices, contract terms & orders, track delivery progress, pay debts.
Update information about market unit prices of materials, supplies and unit prices from suppliers.
Coordinate, support business accountability and work with customers on prices and cost estimates.
Update state regulations related to the work.
Store and manage documents, estimate files, quotes, bids according to the Company’s regulations.
Ensure the confidentiality of bid information, cost estimates, quotes and economic records of the Company.
Monitor closely management of the volume of supplies for the project.
Calculate the amount of supplies and materials to provide for the project, the purchasing department or supplier to place an order.
Report regular or irregular work at the request of superiors.
Perform other duties assigned as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduated College/University majors related to construction, construction economics, economics, business administration…
Minimum of 02 years of experience as an accountant in interior/architecture/construction companies.
Know how to disassemble the volume of fit-out items and furniture.
Read and understand the design drawings.
Knowledge of materials, interior materials.
Know how to look up unit prices and work norms as required.
Capable of checking the exact volume.
Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…). Can use the basic estimation software.
Job management skills, presentation skills, working independently and in groups.
Being able to communicate in English is an advantage.
Good thinking, hard to learn.
Ability to calculate well, carefully.
Be responsible and able to work under pressure.
Honest and focused at work.
