Interior Design

Full Time.
No. 25, X1 Area, 56 Lane, Le Quang Dao Street, Phu Do Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

Responsibilities

• Participating in interior design for projects in Vietnam and abroad.
• Advise the Board of Directors and customers the most optimal plan, achieve aesthetic results, quality and save construction costs.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with the Investor, related consultants, suppliers, construction contractors to resolve issues related to interior design to ensure quality and progress requirements.
• Coordinate the team to make sure the design progress.
• Manage and organize scientific drawings.
• Manage design records for each project.
• Layout, good colors.
• Draw detailed drawings, implement 2D/technical drawings, interior design documents, draw furniture drawings for the factory.
• Knowledge of materials, selection of finishing materials, product designs to design interior drawings in accordance with trends, criteria and requirements of customers.
• Participate in survey, author supervision, pre-acceptance test of works when required.
• Perform other duties assigned as assigned.
• Dedication to the job, the desire to work for a long time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduated University/College specialized in interior design, industrial arts, related subjects such as furniture, furniture, construction.
• At least 02 years of experience in interior design of houses, offices, chain of stores, hotels, restaurants, resorts…
• Good 3D rendering and rendering skills.
• Proficient in software Autocad, 3DsMax, Sketchup, Photoshop, (Word, Excel…)
• Job management skills, professional idea presentation skills, working independently and in groups.
• Highly aesthetic, good creative ability, serious at work.
• Like photography is an advantage.
• Being able to communicate in English is an advantage.
• Good thinking, hard to learn.
• Be responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Honest and focused at work.
