CAD Operator – Shopdrawing

Full Time.
No. 25, X1 Area, 56 Lane, Le Quang Dao Street, Phu Do Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the status survey, check the actual size, take pictures of the status quo.
• Measuring and taking data on works in service of drawing development.
• Deploying applications for permission, construction.
• Deploying interior drawings, complete construction.
• Check dimensions on 3D files and deploy to fit the requirements of the project.
• Construction drawings of interior projects and interior details.
• Prepare detailed drawings, construction/bidding documents.
• Working with contractors, go to work when required.
• Working on project details on the project.
• Implementation of technical design documents, construction techniques, volume separation.
• Coordinate with construction departments, projects, production workshops and teams, subcontractors during the construction process, ensuring compliance with detailed design drawings and handling arising problems.
• Coordinate with QS to get the volume of construction items.
• Provide data on drawings upon request.
• Release drawings upon request.
• Make a complete drawing.
• Archive the deployment drawing of the works as prescribed.
• Collect new details after each project (for the database).
• Manage and organize scientific drawings.
• Manage design profiles for each project.
• Perform other duties assigned as assigned.
• Dedication to the job, the desire to work long term.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduated University/College/Intermediate major in interior design, industrial arts, related subjects such as furniture, woodwork, construction.
• At least 02 years of experience in companies specializing in interior interiors, offices, chain stores, hotels, restaurants, resorts…
• In-depth knowledge about interior and finishing systems.
• Understanding the structure of wooden furniture construction and construction methods.
• Proficient in software Autocad, 3DsMax, Sketchup, Photoshop, (Word, Excel…)
• Job management skills, professional presentation skills, working independently and in groups.
• Being able to communicate in English is an advantage.
• Good thinking, hard to learn.
• Be responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Honest and focused at work.
