Responsibilities
- Surveying the market, looking for customers who need to renovate, design, execute interior and interior of houses, offices, chains of stores, hotels, restaurants, resorts…
- Take care, maintain, develop customer relationship.
- Go to market to get project information, plan bidding, meet customers, investors, general contractors of project works.
- Complete the company’s capacity profile, prepare project bidding documents.
- Researching and proposing market development programs and plans.
- Actively coordinate with the design department to carry out the bidding and bidding.
- Consulting, taking care of and signing contracts with customers. Monitoring and acting as a bridge between the Company and customers during the contract performance.
- Consulting, presenting to customers about interior design and construction services.
- Convince customers to use products/services, build customer trust with the business.
- Customer information management, tracking, debt collection and contract performance obligations between customers, partners and the Company.
- Consulting, coordinating in handling claims of customers and partners in the course of business cooperation.
- Summary of market information and information about competitors.
- Promote debt, support accounting department in debt collection.
- Ready to go on business when required.
- Report regular or irregular work at the request of superiors.
- Perform other duties assigned as assigned.
- Dedication to the job, the desire to work long term.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduated Intermediate/College/University majors in construction, architecture, furniture, economics, marketing, business administration…
- Minimum of 02 years of experience as a sales staff, market deployment in furniture/architecture/construction companies.
- Read and understand the design drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, interior materials.
- General skills, data analysis and reporting.
- Job management skills, presentation skills, working independently and in groups.
- Fluent in English (listening – speaking – reading – writing).
- Fluently using office informatics such as Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and persuade well.
- Quick to market and industry information to catch up with the furniture business trend.
- Be responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Honest and focused at work.
